With Brian now serving as consultant chef, and the talented Jake Coles leading the kitchen, the bistro blends its much-loved heritage with a fresh, modern flair.

The front of house is led by John and restaurant manager Matthew, supported by a team of Stafford’s brightest young talents—bringing charm, energy, and genuine passion to every service. From beautifully crafted mains to indulgent desserts, the menu reflects the same quality and creativity that made Pastiche a go-to dining spot in its early days.
