Check below for a list of previous and upcoming projects/events. These events and projects can’t happen without the support from public and businesses. For £2.50/month or £25 a year, you can help ensure these go ahead in 2025. All money will go towards organising events and community projects.
Previous projects & events
- Victoria Park play area wildflower patch
- After 100 man hours, 100 binbags and 1KG of wildflower seeds, the area has now been cut back and reseeded.
- Free walk-in snow globe 30/11/2024
- Thanks to funding from SBC, we managed to host a free walk-in snow globe in Market Square, Stafford
- Sign cleaning (ongoing)
- We’re on a mission to find the dirtiest street/road signs and give them a good wash to make them visible.
Upcoming projects & events
- River cleaning
- The river is full of rubbish. We’re on a mission to buy a canoe and some waders. This will enable us to little pick in the river whenever needed!
- Himalayan Balsam
- This invasive plant species is taking over our riverbank. In 2025 we are putting together a task force to remove as much as possible
- Walk-in snow globe
- After it being so successful in 2024, we’re looking to bring this back is 2025. This can only be done with people joining our supporters page.
- Santa Dash
- Why should other towns have festive fun but we don’t? In 2025 we’ll be bringing back the 5km Santa dash around Stafford Town Centre
